Do you deliver internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently offer shipping within India only.
How long does shipping and delivery take?

Our standard shipping timeline is up to 15 days from the date of order confirmation. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days.
Can I place an urgent order?

Yes, urgent orders may be accommodated depending on fabric availability, production timelines, and delivery location. We recommend reaching out to us before placing your order so we can confirm feasibility
Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders may only be cancelled within a 4-hour window after they are placed. Once an order has entered production, customization, or dispatch preparation, it cannot be cancelled
Do you offer customisations?

Yes, we do offer select customisation options on certain styles, depending on the design and production scope. This may include adjustments in fit, length, sleeves, or other minor details where possible.
Do you create fully customised outfits?

We do not offer fully custom-made outfits from scratch, however, select styles are available with customisation options based on our original designs.
Do you offer returns or refunds?

Since each piece is made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?

We do not offer size exchanges, as all our pieces are made-to-order. To ensure the best fit, we take care to create each garment as close to your selected size as possible. We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before placing your order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video, if available. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
