We make every effort to ensure that all product details, descriptions, images, and pricing on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be entirely complete, current, or error-free. Product availability, pricing, and other details may be updated, revised, or changed at any time without prior notice.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or any other applicable charges may be added at checkout or communicated separately.
4. Orders
Placing an order on our website does not automatically confirm acceptance of the order. Mishara reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete or unverifiable customer information.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
5. Payments
All payments made on our website are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Mishara shall not be held liable for transaction failures, delays, or payment issues caused by banks, payment gateways, or other third-party platforms.
6. Sizing & Fit
Customers are requested to review the size guide carefully before placing an order. For custom or made-to-order pieces, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Mishara will not be responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect sizing or measurement details submitted by the customer.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines mentioned on the website are estimated only and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, weather conditions, location constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances. Mishara shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or events beyond our control. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Damages
As many of our products are made-to-order or customized, Mishara may operate under a strict no-return policy, except in cases where: the product received is damaged,
the item has a manufacturing defect, the wrong item has been delivered.
Any such concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images and, where required, an unboxing video. All return, exchange, replacement, refund, or store credit requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Mishara.
9. Cancellation
Orders once placed may only be cancelled within 4 hours of placing an order, and only if production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production, customization, dispatch preparation, or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of Mishara and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Mishara shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase of our products, delays in service, or inaccuracies on the website. All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
12. Force Majeure
Mishara shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or technical failures.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
